We are a small, all volunteer department that protects approximately 1200 citizens and 25 square miles. Currently,
our membership is at 18 with maximum membership of 21.
When the department was founded, its lone goal was to fight fire. Over the years, though, our mission has expanded
to protect the citizens and property from much more than just fire. Activities such as storm watching and assisting
ambulance personnel are some of the "new" things our department now does.
We don't just fight fires, we protect your family and ours whenever, wherever, when whatever happens.
